• How much for the job?
• How long will it take your crew to finish the work?

Services we need:

• Repair a wall crack. The crack is about 24 inches long. We just want it retouched right away.
• Paint the house (exterior only and 3 sides only). Area is about 55 square meters lang.
• Paint the fence (2 sides only, gate and grills excluded)

Property is in Lapu-Lapu City. Looking to hire a contractor soonest.

@ entz_fire: Quotes for both will be much appreciated, sir. Bale separate quote for (1) labor and materials and (2) labor only.

Total area sa house is 55 square meters if apil ang 4 walls ... but we only need 3 sides painted, so mas gamay ang working area.

Total area sa fence is about 120 square meters if 4 sides, but we only need 2 sides painted kay duplex man and amo nang gipa wallscape ang backside.

Height of the fence that needs to be painted is around 2 feet from the ground. The rest are grills (not included for the job).
