first of all... mangalihanglan ka ug public static IP from your ISP... your Public Static IP is already your domain... pero kung gusto ka ma conventional name siya instead of IP, dapat ipa register nimo ang imong IP to some ISP, preferably with your ISP nalng para walay hasol bayad... your Public Static IP instead of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx will become ambot.com if you want.... you are now paying for your domain name and ISP sa internet connection with Static public IP...
Remember that a Public IP is like a phone number and your domain name is like the name of that number...
It is much easier to remember names than numbers... like you remember Google than 74.125.224.52 which is still google
