kay stressed man ka, all your vitals are elevated, blood vessels constrict...less oxygen reaching organs...including heart and brain...less blood flow to brain, you feel dizzy, like you can pass out at any given moment...less blood flow to/from heart...it can sometimes mimic symptoms of a real heart attack...

The pain makes a person stronger man pud and it teaches us lessons... PAIN is our friend...
I learned my lessons the hard way... It made me a better person pud. If it wasnt for my past (I was played with, battered, I bled, I almost died and I was thrown away... Too many to cite...)
If ever you got hurt. Just cry it out at first and then reflect... Think things through. Do not react when you're in the middle of extreme emotions. Learn from the pain. Always think that you'll be a better person and you wont make the same mistakes if possible... You've already seen the outcome of what has happened. LEARN!
The trick is to think what you will do if ever this happens again in the future with somebody else.
Always think that You were wrong (not the person who hurt you!) and think what you will do to avoid getting hurt again...
One simple gesture could lead to so many effects/result... followed by another and another and another...
It's not about the other person who hurt, its just simply all about you... Nobody reacts for no reason at all (not unless buang sila)... All you can do is react accordingly... You can REACT LATE for THINK FAST!
And always bring with you lots and lots of GOOD VIBES!!!!!!

That's why it's important to slow down, be calm, take a deep breath, yaw sa pada sa extreme emotions pra di at peak imo vital signs pero the pain will still be there.
