both properties are nice but the nicest property to be invested is condominium. For example you have with you 3m considering the budget that you have you can buy a 1 bedroom unit. but if you are going to buy a 3m house and lot with in the city is very difficult to find. How much is the minimum price for a brand new 1 bedroom house single detached with in the city? its at around 4 to 7M already.

mas.dako ug maintenance ang condo, naa kai assoc fees other than water and lights.. pero nice loc kasaaran condo(nice view) nya murag hotel living.. pero if you have the money and you're willing to live it up, just pm me

a condo would be nice if you don't have a family and friends or if you don't hold parties/family gatherings or loner or just plain suicidal.....

house and lot. - if naa ka family or planning to get married ang manganak. u need a bigger space para ana. pero if diri sa cebu, kasagaran price sa mga single detached nga house is 4M up and wala pa na xa sa syudad gyud.

condo - way cheaper than H&L pero smaller space.
