Hi!
I don't understand most of the stuff written on your post, but somehow I managed to do so..

Is this the first time that you are going to use VB.Net?
If yes, it will really take time for someone to help you on this one, not unless they will give you the working source for this one.

You can find tutorials on internet and you must really understand how it works.
It is simple and easy.. you just have to study the functionalities and how .net works.
Your project is one of the basic stuff that prof.s give to their students.
