Sometimes, being one too many centimeters shorter than your

mates can really blow your confidence. People can be very cruel to others who are not-so-tall. All of this pressure can leave you with very low self esteem and self confidence. If you want to build up that confidence again, then this is the article for you.

Why are tall people happier?
According to Deaton's analysis, the result is linked to education and income. The study found that taller people tend to have more education, and thus higher income levels, than shorter people. It follows that the smarter, richer tall people would be sunnier than their vertically challenged compatriots. "Money buys enjoyment and higher life evaluation," says Deaton. "It buys off stress, anger, worry and pain. Income is the thing!"

just be positive even if u don't feel the same way... avoid self pity,, or the pity and sympathy of others.. Never allow others to make you feel inferior and fake it!!., along the same lines of smiling to make yourself feel happy, acting confident might actually make u believe it.. pretend you're a completely confident version of you,,, go through the motions and c how u feel!! i think for me we don't need any products to improve your self confidence... there's a lot of way actually, that's only the matter of the mind..
