I just picked up the HP Wireless mini keyboard and I really like the design and layout, however the function is just not what I am used to from HP products like HP CQ Series Keyboard The keyboard seems like it goes into a sleep mode after a few seconds and when I touch any key it will not register on my computer, I often have to retype the first letter of a word or go back when I notice there are letters missing. Is this a defect or a sleep state of some kind? I really like this thing and it is perfect for me with my traveling routine. I have tried it on 6 different computers now including a tablet running Android, the issue is the same so it's not the computer it's the device.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
