Default Buhay Trading Stock Market Trading Learning Camp

I'm all inviting you to join the Buhay Trader's Stock Market Trading Lecture on September 29, 2012 at Boardroom or Conference Room, SM City Cebu from 10:30AM until 6PM. This lecture is designed to enlighten traders who are new to stock market trading and people who are interested and intend to start trading in the stock market and have very limited or no prior knowledge and experience in stock market trading.

    Details of the Lecture:

    I. Stock Market Basics
    II. Technical Analysis Basics
    III. Fundamental Analysis Basics
    IV. Sentimental Analysis Basics
    V. Stock Market Trading Psychology
    VI. Stock Picks

The Stock Market Basics will tackle definitions and principles about the stock market and trading in general.

The Technical Analysis Basics will tackle how to read, understand, and analyze charts and will include the basics of Japanese candlesticks, basic chart patterns, indicators, and overlays.

The Fundamental Analysis Basics will be all about analyzing stocks qualitatively and quantitatively as well as using different values (earnings, EPS, P/E, etc.) to find out a potential of a stock.

The Sentimental Analysis Basics will be all about finding the stocks that are referred to as "hot" or "not" by looking at who's buying and selling as well as the liquidity of a stock.

The Stock Market Trading Psychology will pinpoint that the stock market is moving in a cycle in contrary to what many people say (that the stock market is unpredictable). It also includes the different kinds of traders and the right approach and discipline towards trading (different kinds of traders must use different kind of approach).

The Stock Picks will simply be all about disclosing stocks that have good growth potential.

**Norman Go, sales officer of First Metro Securities, was also invited to give a talk.

Buhay Trader is a stock market trading learning camp and at the same time stock market traders society. It's main goal is to provide assistance to people who want to start trading from opening an account down to stock picking and also to existing traders who are new and are still accumulating knowledge and experience. It also provides assistance in opening mutual fund accounts (ideal to those people who want to invest in the stock market but either doesn't have the time and knowledge to do so or those who want to let somebody else manage their money through the fund managers of mutual fund companies).

Normally, traders who are new to stock market trading experience significant losses. It's said that it will take at least 3 to probably as long as 5 years for new traders to win back their losses and finally let their money grow. It's Buhay's Trader's aim to minimize the possible losses and accelerate the learning time.

Unlike other lectures, Buhay Trader Stock Market Learning Camp is not a one day event but will have a series of meet-ups and lectures in order to equip new traders. Everything can't be learned overnight. Aside from a series of lectures, Buhay Trader will also give out stock picks regularly.

For more details about the lecture (especially the fees), please visit this site: Buhay Trader Stock Market Basics Seminar « Buhay Trader

Buhay Trader collaborated with First Metro Securities. Anybody who wishes to open FMS (stock trading) accounts will be provided assistance.

Attend the lecture and get to know the following:

*How to buy and own shares of companies like Ayala Corp., SM, Robinson's, Cebu Pacific, Jollibee, San Miguel Corp., and the likes and earn a part of their earnings. How would you like to own even just a small part of these companies for a very minimal amount (more or less for the same amount to open bank accounts)?

*How to beat inflation and how to make your money grow faster.

    Tip for the day:

Why beat inflation? Inflation is regarded as the rate of either the decrease of the value of one's money or the rate of increase in the value of commodities. Wonder why the prices of almost everything go up year after year? It's because of inflation. As of now, inflation rate is 3% which means that the prices of commodities and almost everything are increasing at a rate of 3% a year. The average interest rate of savings accounts is only 1% or even less. Since the rate of increase of the prices of commodities are greater than the growth of money in savings accounts, money in savings accounts will be left behind.

    Here is an analogy:

Suppose you have P100 today and went to Jollibee and ordered a value meal worth P100. Since the value meal is worth P100 and your money is P100, you can buy the value meal. Assuming you deposited P100 in your savings account and after a year, it became P101. You went to Jollibee to order the same value meal but to your surprise, the value meal is already priced at P103 which means it went up by 3%.

That's how inflation affects us. The key in making money grow is simply to beat inflation. Trading or investing in stocks can give significant gains. Stocks can go up by as much as 50% in a day and on a conservative note, 20% in a year.

Yes, Norman Go from FMSBC will be there but I'm not sure if you can open an account directly at the venue because there's a handful of forms to be filled out. However, the forms will be available there. You can either approach me or Norman. Either of us will assist you in opening an account.

Yes and actually the lecture is intended for people who either have very limited or no knowledge about the stock market. The contents are very basic, comprehensive, and simple making it ideal for beginners or those who want to start trading/investing in the stock market.

Guys, here's some good news, 2 good news actually.

First, to those who are attending and those who still wish to attend the lecture on Sept. 29, there will be a coffee shop meet-up on Sept. 1 at 1:30PM at Bo's Coffee IT Park. This meet up is to give the attendees and those who wish to attend an idea of what the lecture is going to be. Aside from that, since Buhay Trader is not just conducting a one time lecture but rather is a continuous stock market learning group/community, it should also be a good start to get to know possible members.

Second, due to demand and requests, I'd be giving reduced group rates for a limited time. Any group that is made up of 6 people, only the 5 will pay and the 6th one will have it for free. It's basically 5+1. Here are the mechanics on how to avail the 5+1 privilege:

1.) Payment must be made on or before Sept. 1. You can pay on the meet-up or deposit it on the bank account indicated.
2.) Upon payment, I'd be requiring a list of the group of 6. For those who will be depositing, please text or PM me the members of the group immediately. Take note, only text or inform me about the members of the group after payment. Please indicate full name.
3.) Please bring your deposit slips on the lecture (Sept. 29) for verification and it will also serve as your ticket. For those who are paying in cash on Sept. 1, I'll be handing out receipts so that should serve as your ticket. No deposit slip or receipt, no entry.

This is only good until Sept. 1 so form a group of 6 now and avail the privilege!
