Hi. I'm already a member of Pag-ibig but I lost my form and i don't know my pag-ibig #.


Does anyone know what I need to bring in their office to file for an ID?

nangawa nana tanan imo ID's bro? wa na mai ID ang Pag-ibig karn... di na sila maghimo ID. imung RTN number nlng gamita. if you're employed, try to ask your employer... if self-employed, then good luck, hehe... bitaw, ask nlng sa office or you can search it online.

your Birth date plus your full name will serve as your ID.. Actually you don't need one.. Just show any valid ID's to pag-ibig office then tell them your birth date then all is done.
