    Default NEED ADVICE for my MUSCLE CRAMPS!


    Guys pa help. usually kani ako right side sa "Bagtak" cge lng jd ma crampan.
    It usually happen kanang mo stretch ko every morning igka mata, everytime mag basket ko og taas na time and also mag sige saka sa stairs.

    Sakit jud kayo, mo gahi then if ma ulian man gani ang ngulē mo last pa og a day.

    Any TIPS mga istoryans? nahan ta ko mag exercise permi pru kani jd ako bagtak ang hindrance. Salamat !

    try wearing snugy fit socks wen u slep. kanang taas na socks like gamiton sa soccer but yaw pud kanang huot kaau. unya make sure ur leg doenst dangle sa bed wen u slep. put pillows dapit sa feet nimu nig slep. n d morning ayaw kalita ug stretch imu legs, hinay2 lang. ako wat i did ako butangan ug pau de arco linement before ko magput ug socks inig slep naku. refrain from straining ur muscle/ having tears. dont over workout/ overuse ur leg calf muscles. i hope im ryt. hahaha

    epa check up na sa doctor bro kay basin ug unsa nana imong sakit ..kaon sad ug mga prutas nga mo lagum la=ike saging rich in potassium

    ill take that advice. problema jd na nko igka mata nko og sau. mag syagit jd ko kng ma crampan.

    kasuway ko ana sa una kanang mo yatid ko buntag kanang naay bola mag dagan2x sa bagtak.... morag panohot sa bagtak bah ..hehehe akong buhaton ako raman pik-on ako tiil.... way tambal2x.l..

    Mao sad ni akong problema. But mo gawas xa usually bsta mag coffee ko. Nya kaning adik ta sa kape mka limot pirmi. Dugay sd ma wala uie. mga 1-2 days jud. will try wearing long socks while asleep. thnx for the info.

    Drink lots of water at least 1 gallon a day it will help......
