here's the what happen..
when I saw it repriced to 1.8K I was tempted to buy it. but since it was already late evening, I waited till morning to contact the seller, GameBoyRJ.

ganina, around 11:00am.. I called him & say i'm willing to buy the item. we agreed to meet in BTC (Banilad Town Center) at 1:00pm. he is the one who set the time & place.

around 1:00pm I arrived at BTC.. I text him kung asa na sya.
he replied.. & I qoute "Still transferin 2 mre files. I live 5mins away nyway. Txt whn ur near. Meet n hobby shaft." end of qoute
around 1:20pm.. I text him again kung asa na sya.
he replied.. & I qoute "Still n my way. The file took awhile." end of qoute
so I wait...

suddenly at 1:28pm I received a text from him.. & I qoute "Bro my older jst called. He said that it shld be priced at 2K : ( if u want to pass thn fine. Sry if na gubot." end of qoute
I replied.. I don't think it's my fault, you posted the price since yesterday. why wait for me to be here on the meeting place before you say you had a mistake! if that is the case, I guess what you had done was to deceived people. anyway, since i'm already here at the meeting place, I would just like to see the item first then we decide.
he replied.. & I qoute "I already reedited the post with an apology. Im sry for the incnvinience. If u are mad then im sorry. But be careful of ur words sir. Ive been buying and selling n istorya for 5yrs. and im also american. I make mistakes too. Analyse before u judge." end of qoute
I replied.. i'm watching my words sir. but if your mature enough, you should think first before you post. for just 200 pesos you sold your word of honor. so, are you coming or what?

for more an hour of waiting, I text him.. "I guess your no longer coming. I just have to go home now & you just wait for my post/comment at istorya.net so that people would know who you are."
he replied.. & I qoute "I didnt scam u to anythng sir. U didnt buy anything. Its a misunderstanding plus i apologized. Stop making it a big deal and let it go. I dnt care if u wnt buy frm me. You need to grow up and analyse properly." end of qoute

note: when I text him, I didn't immediately received a reply, it takes 5 to 20 minutes before he replies.

1st.. I don't think your an american. I think you're an Indian.. kay gi indian ko nimo ganina.hehehe
I know you can understand & speak in cebuano.. bcoz I think you are. cause when we spoke on the phone.. pastilan ginoo, galisod man ka og tabe bai. ga bale-bale man imo eninglish. & your grammar ginoo ko, bisag sa text wala magkadimao.
2nd.. my older jst called.. older who? does this mean that you don't own the things your selling? how old are you? I thought your the BOSS!
3rd.. Ive been buying and selling n istorya for 5yrs.. how could this be, when your account is only 2 years old?
4th.. U didnt buy anything.. how could I buy something when you haven't show up?
5th.. You need to grow up.. I guess you are the one that should grow up and be the BOSS of yourself. you sound & speak like a child.

now, my point here is this... GameBoyRJ, YOU WASTED MY TIME.
you had me waited in the meeting place for more than an hour. if your man enough, you should at least show up & explain it to me personally. after all, you said your just 5mins away. besides, I haven't said that I will not going to buy it at 2K.

Im not gonna make this anymore complicated.

1. I admitted my fault to him and tried to be civil.
2. I know i was wrong.
3. He has the freedom of speech and i did "waste his time".
4. Istorya.net, i didn't screw him of any money or any deal, it was just a terrible misunderstanding.
5. TO ADMIN:
Ive been buying here and just recently selling here for nearly 5 years now (using an older account)
Not once have i ever screwed up until just today. I had 1 mistake, and i apologized for it. But this guy
won't take it easy and let it go. He wants me to suffer by mocking me and calling me a kid? hehe
so his pride can flourish? but thats okay. I joined this forum not to make enemies, just sell off a few things
while making friends along the way.

Bottomline: Admin, if you want to ban me or do anything to my account. Ill accept it, thats okay. Its your call.
But just try to understand my part, i never intended it to be like this, but oh well. My reputation to
buyers will be affected (if they read this amazing post about me). Ill do my best to gain it back again.
A little speed bump on the way, ill get over it. Sorry if we bothered u admins with this drama, lol.

...and for the record: I don't know how to delete threads, i DID NOT delete my thread. FALSE ACCUSATION. i just said it was sold so the mods could close it. (i did sell the item eventually to another buyer later in the pm) this guy was already so angry at me i just did want to do anything with him anymore and jst apologized. Im sorry.

Willing to go under any sanction I just want everyone to be clear that i don't often make such mistakes.
Already apologized to the user (texted him), the community (admin) and the members. I will learn from this and hopefully he can let it go someday. In the mean time, ill jst improve and be better next time until such sanction will/might be placed against me.
