I'm traveling to the Philippines in a month (May) And I'm just wondering if clothing/shoes/apparel is cheaper in Canada or the Philippines, especially name brands? I'm considering going to the Philippines with barely any clothing, and just buying a whole new wardrobe there, is that a good idea or no? I haven't visited for a wile, since I was 9! I'm 15 now, and I'm really into fashion, which is why I'm also wondering if the style is similar to Canada/America, or is it entirely different ? Thanks=]

clothing is cheaper in PH... shoes, it depends what brand, but i find it bit expensive....

cheaper here in RP, lots of sweatshops here hiring underage kids...

It depends but generally It's cheaper here if you compare boutique prices but.....it's more cheaper in the US if you can find the outlets stores especially in the New Jersey Area....imagine discounts of up to %80 and what's even nicer is that they honor discounts for discounted items not like here where in outlet stores suck.

Mas cheaper sa Philippines for a lesser quality .

If given the chance , shopping in the US is worth the time and money and like what BLITZWING said , in the factory outlets and department stores during the big holidays .
