Centralized storaged for iPad locally

Hi new to iPad,
How do you store / open files locally in the ipad (not cloud)so different apps can access it?
I normally have to use iTunes and select an app cinexplayer (movie player) for example and drag movies there, but the other apps Powerplayer cant see the movie file..

Would also like to know if this is possible for now i just run the app with the files and 'open with' to another app to view th file there

yes you can, but time consuming. i download torrent files using iTransmission 2 using my ipad. the default destination is downloads folder found at home of iFile. i have to create a link to the movies so i can view it on cineXplayer. the original file stays at the download folder but i created an image of the file on the cinexplayer movies folder using iFile. google it to learn more.
