guys i was intrigued by someone talking about mga yutana wala daw tag-iya. usually naa ni sa mga province kanang layu n wla pa kaau mga nag puyu. recently we had a visit somewhere far sa south bukid bukid na unahan man cgro sa ronda ba toh or carcar ba we attended a party den ako uncle met a frnd na taga amo-a sa danao and he claimed he recently moved didto dapita coz naa daw mga yuta na wla pai tag-iya and gipanghatag ra daw.

guys, is it possible?? before sa carmen naa pud ni but since na occupied na tong dapita naa na tag-iya tanan but before jud daw mga early 2000 or sumwer between 2000-2003 kai ga butang butang ra slag balay nila and later on katong ni daghan na ila dayun gi regester which falls like gipanghatag nila kai wala daw tag-iya tong dapita..and now they legaly owned the place with paper pah!

im just curious if this is really possible and if naa moi other opinions about these things

kung ang yuta walay tag-iya automatically it belongs to the republic or public domain, and you can apply for a free patent title kung unregistered land.
