Hi! I need a little help I just started exploring the world of androids and I'm so overwhelmed by all the offerings. All these competition though is definitely good for the consumer. So introductions aside, I need a bit of help choosing the right gadget for me.

I will mainly be using it for a lot of heavy reading and movie watching. Battery is a huge consideration so I would love for batt life to be a bit longer (though i am aware on the limitation on batt life for android gadgets) I enjoy the occasional games but nothing too advanced (i want to play like those build your own city games etc). I was looking at the samsung ace plus, ace 2, lg l7, and the ainol aurora. that should also be kind of a hint at the budget im looking at. of course, the cheaper the better.. but what's more important is the bang for the buck.

im supposed to not have a problem with memory because i got myself a 16gb sd card but for some reason some apps even if ive already moved them to the sd card still eat space somewhere (i still need to figure out where) so i definitely need a phone that could accommodate apps i will be installing. i like to experiment so there will be some heavy downloading, testing apps, then uninstalling haha

i cant get the samsung tab since it's too expensive for me.. im drawing the line at 14000. im also looking at manufacturer support in upgrading the software. i'm not too sure on that.. all i know is that nexus gadgets get first dibs haha but they're too pricey for me. also nothing below 3.5 inch screen size.. im not too warm on the tablet because i think its a bit big but not having really used 'used' one i cant say for sure if i really wont love it.. so opinions would be highly appreciated. i'd love to take in all your suggestions and feedbacks and feel free to suggest any other models that you think would be good for me..

you said you'll be using it for heavy reading and a lot of movie watching. doing that on a less than 7inch screen gadget is not a good idea. so i suggest you better get a tablet instead of a phone.

lagi.. i was thinking that sad.. one of these days ill go to sm and try out the aurora see if it fits me.. kay sa netbook man gud la.ayan ko mag basa but sa akong phone before kay dali ra kaayo ko mahuman reading the same thing.. so i think psychologically the bigger the screen the longer it takes for me to read haha but wa pa man sad dyud ko kasulay ug tablet so di pa kaayo ko certain if that theory applies to tablets haha

i would really suggest a samsung galaxy wonder or a sony xperia arc s (hehe not a fan of ios) based on budget and screen.. wonder is 16-17k sa sm thou.. but there are always great deals around here..
