USB Cable Male to Male

I'm looking for a male to male usb cable or usb adapter. I tried CD-R King but they said they only have male female. Help!

Purpose: I want to buy a portable charger for both tablet and laptop. Right now, the charger I found can only charge the tablet but it does have a female usb connector. So I figure if I have a male to male connector, I could charge the laptop. If I'm wrong, pls share your thoughts.
