swimming. boxing. tae-bo...kanang murang kickboxing na aerobics. any sports na required ang fullbody workout...running and cycling...good cardio exercise ra xa in the beginning. if u get proficient in it, like u can run 10k and up without stopping, i think it becomes less a cardio exercise but more on endurance na. like, how long can u do the exercise before giving up...it becomes more mental than physical. you develop strength of will to go on, to push yourself forward. that will depend on how much energy you can store in your muscles and also on your physical condition. the good news is, you can always start somewhere and slowly build it up.
i guess for beginners, running and cycling will be the best cardio exercise. with a little preferences to cycling...and i say cycling because its easier on the body to sustain the cardio exercise when cycling than running. less shock on the joints...i think cycling for two hours will be easier than running for one hour. this will become more apparent when you start feeling pain in your joints, especially if ur older or heavier.
