baking soda = etoothbrush..
or
hydrogen peroxide katong 5% lang, kay bleaching to xa....

Pa bleach na lang. P20k good for 1 year.

baking soda.. mix it with water until pastelike iyang consistency then brush...do this once a week

Strawberries will do. Cut it into two then rub the smooth edge directly to your teeth. It even worked on my friend who's actually a smoker
