Smartbro Canopy Problem

Mga bro,

Naa koy kaila nga naa smartbro canopy. Iya set up is from smartbro going to wireless router then to pc. It was working ok until just recently. Bisan unsaon nakog clone sa MAC address di gyud mo connect pero if imo idirecta sa pc,mo connect siya. I've tried 3 routers na,lain lain brand/model then di gyud siya mo connect. Naay usahay,while checking sa status sa router, maka obtain siya IP from smartbro but dili gihapon ka internet, usahay pud dili gyud ka obtain. To be sure wa gyud problem ang mga router, ako gi testingan sa ako smartbro nga canopy sad,changed the MAC address to the PC registered to my smartbro, mo connect man ang 3 without any problems.

Duda nako sa smartbro gyud ni nga problema but unsaon namo pagpa adto ang smartbro tech nga dili man sila mo support og mo agi og router and if idirecta ang connection,ok man. Basin naay natandog ba, naa mo ma suggest unsaon pag reklamo ani sa smart bro?

Ang usa sad d nako ma sabtan kay ngano ma ok man siya if idirecta og connect sa pc? mas maka obtain ba og IP address ang PC compared sa router? Sunod nako buhaton is to connect it to another PC/laptop if mo redirect ba siya sa smartbro nga portal.

im using smartbro canopy plus wireless router no problem.

...unsa mga model sa imong mga equipment ana bro? basin naa config issue sa router nimo. diba, if single user, the connectivity would be from,

<>canopy uplink > modem/router > NIC's PC.

If multi-user (like you want to broadcast or share your network to other PC),

<>canopy uplink> modem/router>> wifi-router WAN's Port | wifi-router LAN's port(s)>> (slot-1) to PC | (slot-2...n) to other nth PCs.

then check nimo ang settings sa wifi-router, you may start from the very basic which you have to accept all default settings, so basically you could have leased a dynamic IPs as expected. Once everything is settled the you can proceed to harden your wifi-router for security precaution.

Sakto man ako config sa router bro kay ako gisuwayan sa akoang smartbro canopy, ang MAC Address ra ako gi usab same ra tanan config sa router, mo ok man.

Kasuway sad ko nga pagconnect nako sa smartbro to router, di ka internet so gi directa nako sa PC, after, ako gi balik sa router ang smartbro, ni ok man pero mao lagi mga pila ka hours gamit, naputol nya d nasad mo connect, so wala gyud prob sa ako router config. Duda nako, maglisod siya og connect initially to smartbro,kanang ig sugod gyud sa session ba, d dayon siya maka kuha IP from smartbro

Ang nasuwayan diay nako is Linksys(dd-wrt firmware), Edimax og buffalo nga router, kalimot ko sa exact model bro basta mga wireless router ni sila tanan

...any router will do as long as you have whitepapers of that. Check the configs, maybe you can try first the wizard setup before taking a leap to the advance settings like you customize the default config on you own.

Weird problem. Smart Canopy user here using wireless router and no problems related to this. Ask lang ko, have you tried swapping your Smart Bro Adapter to your friend's adapter if that's the case? Basig defective imo canopy adapter. If the issue is still occurs, maybe check your proper groundings sa box pud bai. Worst case scenario, pailis na lang ka ug canopy antenna.
