Help: "Microsoft Single Image" always appears

Ngano man ni mikalit lang ug gawas since last week.If i click any MS word , MS Excel file dili siya dayon mo-open. Naay mugawas nga "configuring Microsoft Single Image..." mu-attempt siya ug install unya naay error mugawas.Mao sad ang mahitabo inig open nako sa Outlook 2010.Wala man ni siya sa una.Ako MS Office Home & Business 2010 licensed ni siya.

so it was working fine before?

usually this happens when previous installations of Office... including demo or beta versions... have not been fully uninstalled

try daw create lain user... nya try pa run did2 sa imong bago user/admin account...
