We are looking for a good PHP programmer in Cebu. Are company is called Efrahm Inc, We make software and websites too.

We need PHP programmer with the following profile:

Strong coding skills in PHP
MySQL knowledge (can work with other SQL flavors too)
Javascript and HTML knowledge
Clear and effective written English
Strong troubleshooting skills

We need a programmer can develop PHP applications for your Windows, Linux or Unix server environment and will work on a Linux desktop with the following software installed:
PHP
MySQL
Quanta IDE
Web browsers (Firefox, Opera)
Instant messenger (AOL, Yahoo, ICQ and MSN supported)
Open Office
Various other standard Linux software packages

QUALIFICATIONS:

PHP programmer will have a university-level degree in a related field. Common qualifications include:

Bachelor of Technology
Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)
Master of Computer Applications
