Maka sulod bitaw gihapon basta no experience. Usually, dle man mangita ang mga call centers ug mga "Accent". Ang ganahan nila is you know how to express yourself using english language. Ang training is usually para lng sa minor grammar and pronunciation errors kay daghan mga foreigners particular kaau ana.
if you really want to get in, invest on a short course for call centers. it worked for me.
standards for accent in call centers these days are veryyyyyy low. 5 years ago kinahanglan above average jud ka ug confident mo deliver. when I resigned two years ago, daghan naman gahi ug english sa floor.
if wa ka kasulod due to that, then dako jud ang problema and you need to invest on yourself sa before they will be willing to invest on you.

the people with no experience should have better english already. @jednified is right. training is for small or common flaws/minor errors.
u need to ask yourself back "why am i taking 4yr course but work as a call center agent?" u were trained in your school for 4yrs yet you are forcing youself in this field.
dont say tugatuga, kay ikaw pud tuga2x kag sulod sa field nya dili diay para nimo. diba?gets?
hello there, im a high shool graduate wanted to get a training for a call center agent, anyone knows where her in cebu? di pa sad kaau ko hanas mo english. but maka sabot man ko. Ganahan lang ko mo join ug training. any one can suggest where should i go for training?
just pm me..
No experience needed... what they do need are people naay potential, madala pa ug training, naay attitude para mo communicate.
I myself was rejected 4x sa PS and even the HR there told me "there are people who were born with skills for call center sadly you were not one of them" ouch ^^ that was 5 years ago, wa ko padala sa tama, accepted my flaw sa grammar ug speech went to excel asia, got in cvg and in 3 months learned to neutral my accent since then been to 5 call centers and very happy with my current employer...
Rejection hurts, but what does not kill you makes you stronger ^^
Thanks boss!
You made my confidence 2x stronger. . .sakto ba?? hahaahah!
anyway thanks.! ! mas maau man sad gud usa ka mo sugod ka ug gyera ,naa kay bala nga dala. .. thats why nga ganahan ko mo apil ug training , kaysa sige ta ka reject and then apply na sad..
To those who are college level easy ra siguro pa ra ninyo na, but para nako dili HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE ra biya ko. Igka apply kasagan ka batch nako mga college level. I just wanted to prove sad na even though that i cant make to a higher education naa lang ko mahibaw an sad ,ug maka trabaho ug dagko company.
something can be learned from that process kai di naman ka kulbaan ing interview sa HR and ma familiar nka sa mga IQ tests and grammar/speech related exams... basta una pang pangapply medyo kulba2x pa, naay mga stutters or fillers ("uhm" times 1000 ^^) pero cge na gani pang apply mura naman ka mahanas ing istorya sa HR/interviewer.
