sikat ang kanding oi! na unswa ka.
kung d kaayo common ang kanding its because of the price , and few farmers raise them for MEAT due to low yield and longer "harvest" time forgive me for using the wrong terminology.
as for mutton or sheep. main cause would be weather and demand. and very very few people raise them for meat. not everyone has tasted sheep before and the tropical heat is really not great for raising sheeps. hence we tend to have tougher meat if ever your lucky to get one. usahay langsa pud.
Sa Manila siguro di sikat. Lami kayo ang sheep pero mahal2x sad.

hahaha.. kakataw-unon ko sa tumang kalingawbitaw TS, sikat kaayo ang kanding diri sa cebu pero ambot lang kaha sa ubang lugar. Ang tan-aw nako mahal lang gyud ang kanding maong di kaayo gihisgutan.
mahal man gud.. peru kng naa okasyon mao nay halinon kaau maoy una ma hurot... kalame ra sa kanding....

Bitaw, ka sikat anang kanding/Caldereta/Kilawin/Papait sa Cebu, Leyte, Negros, Davao, etc...
