Any Istoryan who has experience dealing with this company?

Sharing my experience:

- No follow through with QA issues raised to them
- doesn't show concern to their workers - no provided water for bathing, drinking
- reimbursement for tiles takes too long ( more than 5 months ). We decided to buy our own tiles ,but when we asked for the money supposedly allocated for our tiles, they won't answer, will give you to many contacts to discuss with, no follow-through, and caused me and my wife unneccessary stress with following up
- land title not given after 6 months of moving in
- Kaiser office personnel don't give a damn on what you're upset about. They either don't respond to your mobile phone calls, text, or will keep you waiting when you call their hotline.
- Kaiser personnel can't make a decision on minor things. They will have to defer to Kaiser ( who is nowhere to be found, won't answer calls, texts )
- Quality of work, not as advertised. Daghan kaayong mga pinadagan nga trabaho ( garage, nangatanggal na pintal in just 6 months, mag-tulo ang kisame, cracks on the walls, etc )


In Summary:
- I will not do business with this real estate company in the future, and I will advise my friends against doing business with this company

this is exactly what we experienced and more .... we withdraw our supposedly townhouse in mandaue... they issue a refund nga tagi2x .... every date nga ila ihatag .... cge ug hangyo nga unya nlang ani nga date .... din came ang date ... wa gihapon.

kay gahi man kau sila ... imo i-deposit ang cheke ... bang untol! kay way kwarta... nya contakon ka nga ila i-exchange into cash ang ila cheke.... u need to wait for few hours sa ilang office ... mura kag boang nga mag wait ngadto. it happen not just once kundi 3 times jud. kay 3 ka cheke ila gi issue.

and latest karon .... gi deposit ang cheke nga supposedly di na ideposit kay wa na mi contract sa ilaha .... naboang na tingali ilang accounting .... wa pud gi uli man gud ang cheke nga among gi issue. nahibulong nlang ko nga ngano duna transaction nga wa ko kbalo ... and now na trace nko nga sa sila ga deposit. ambot unsaon nko tong mga tawo nila nga mga way paki.

naa ni sila sa lahug duol sa golden cowrie ... kanang eskina padung metro park hotel and ibabaw ni sila sa 360 phrmacy ...

Dia ra ang website aning Kaiser Estates. I really did took the time to search this company because they are of the same name of the products that we are marketing (Kaiser Health Care).

water n electricity are submetered, mshock nlng ka ngano walay water or electric... its because, 2-3months na cla way bayad2x.. while homeowners are paying every month...

then ang owner bago ang car---. latest na audi...
ang mga van, wa pa plate number kay halos puro bago...
while ang ilang projects, LOUSY!!!!

before you buy from them, ayaw tuo sa asa ka nila dalhon na ilang projects... do ur own surveys...
