YouTube Will Not Load Up in my PC

Peeps, I'm getting hopeless already. For some reason, for the past 3 days, dili na mu-load ang YouTube sa akong desktop PC. Kalit lang. So far, I have done the following steps;

1. Used multiple browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Explorer. Tanan, dili jud mu-load.
2. Repeatedly cleared cache and tuned up desktop PC using CCleaner and Auslogics BoostSpeed.
3. Repeatedly scanned PC for any security issues using AVG and UnThreat AntiVirus.
4. Repeatedly restarted, rebooted desktop PC.

Even doing all those steps, wala / dili pagihapon mu-load ang YouTube. In addition;

1. I can view all sites! YouTube lang jud ang dili.
2. Kung laptop ang gamit, using the same modem/connection, maka-browse ra ug YouTube, which means that the issue is limited to my desktop PC alone.
3. Updated akong Flash player. I can view and watch clips in all other video sites, pero sa YouTube, blank page jud, dili ra katong portion sa page nga naay video.
4. Akong mga silingan nga parehas ra me ug ISP, okay ra ilang YouTube.

I'm willing to try almost anything (that I haven't tried yet) just to resolve this issue. Any suggestions, comments, observations, from you guys is highly appreciated. Salamat in advance sa inyo.

basin added na sa blocked sites nimo...or it's added without you knowing...
lower down security settings daw sa browsers...

kung di mada, ******* nalang tan-aw...

seriously, hulat ta sa mga master diri...kuyaw sad ni nga issue dah...

kit_cebu, nakahuna-huna sad ko ana nga tingalig blocked site sa browser, but then again, sa tanang 4 ka lain-laing browsers installed sa PC nako, di man jud siya mu-load.

i guess firewall issues na xa....just allow youtube to set as a trusted site in your avg... or make it sure that other application like real player, quicktime or windows media player etc... are not set as the default for streaming application coz this might affect the video player...

brixon, i allowed youtube and set it as a trusted site in my windows firewall. wa man sad ko kita ug firewall sa avg anti-virus free edition 2012 which is what i'm using. wala sad ko manghilabot sa other media players. if it has something to do with these apps sad, mu-load unta ang youtube page, dili lang mu-play ang video. what i get is an error page man gud.

try uninstall and reinstalling your adobe flash player. (make sure you download it again from adobe's site.)

try scanning your desktop with malwarebytes t.s. try lang

J.Abz, did that already. other video sites that use adobe flash player, wa koy problema, mu-load ra man, youtube ra jud.

create_louie, i do that everyday. every morning when i turn on the pc, e-scan ni nako. i even have security apps installed.

This issue has now been resolved!

Someone sent me a message and this is what finally fixed my concern;

"Try the hosts file. Instructions on how to open it in Windows 7 (if you are using Windows 7) are here:
Windows 7 – Edit the Hosts File

Basically run Notepad as administrator (In XP, of course, you don't have to run as administrator), then open C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts in notepad.

There should be no references to youtube in that file by default."
