make sure na ang gi DL nimo nga driver kay para sa iyaha nga hardware.
The way I see it, kay wa ma detect imo hardware (audio) sa system, OR walay appropriate na driver nga naka install.

1: open device manager, select audio devices, kung naa kay makitan nga yellow '!' mark, missing drivers, insert windows disc and search for drivers.
2: get the model of your mobo/lappy, go to the manufacturer's website, go to downloads, click drivers, click audio.
3: if none of the two work, daot imo audio card/on board audio. paliti ug soundcard.
