Thanks Bro. this is not really an ASAP concern pero i just want to know how a corporation runs. How do you allocate shares for industrial partners? and also, after registering to SEC does the corporation have to submit a regular report to SEC from time to time? Thanks.

better have a good bookkeeper nga naay know-how. Pwede ra nga dili jud monthly ang pagsweldo sa iyaha. Sila ang mag asikaso sa mga papeles pero try to learn unsa ilang gibuhat. About sa pag allocate sa shares, first naa man mo ana i-set kung pila inyo capital, then sabot mo tag pila ka percentage mo kada tag iya. Then makabalo na mo pila ka shares kada usa. Good luck bro!

no, its not necessary, but its advisable since lawyers can answer your query on legal aspects on creating the corporation. Pero kun mahalan ra ka sa fee sa lawyer, you can try CPA, they also knowledgeable not only of legal aspects but also on money matters.
