Im doing a survey and i would like to ask for feedback as to what you guys would like to find in a motel. one that has a price range of 230-270 for short time. would you prefer a big space or find something unique ... like a strip poll or something. thanks! i would really appreciate it. where do you prefer south side or north side of cebu.

location will always depend on the location and pref of the customers.

women that i dated before would rather have a decent ambiance than adventurous rooms.
they would rather go for a room which does not look like a room from a typical pension hauz.


romance is what they have in their minds and not just ***.

Adto pagtukod sa imong motel sa place nga mingaw. dili pareha sa Queensland, Jade COurt, PRince COUrt nga maklaro ta mogawas. lisud na man gud ron kay wala na tint ang taxis. Sa jade court lilion and window sa taxi sa mga tricycle driver. Sa queensland mao pud labi na kung traffic inig gawas nimo. kapoy ug hupo hupo. As to the design of the place, ok na basta duna lay katre unya aircon with TV unya limpiyo pud.

kana moonlight motel mandaue recla, nindot na nga lacation kay layo ra sa residential area,just think ing ana nga location that would be nice.

Better innovate... Think of a concept nga medyo unique... I mean kanang dili typical motel ba. Elegante ug dating nga medyo bastos hehehe.. tapos prioritize the location... sakto to ila gi sulti nga kanang dili ta mag hopo-hopo kung mag taxi... hehehe

Kinahanglan pud limpyo kanang dili ta mang diri mo gamit sa furnitures hehehehe.
