What do expectant parents need for their 1st baby?

Hi guys, excited father-to-be here...God willing... I just need to know some things which a lot of parents here can surely answer....

Please follow my format below if ok ra ninyo?

A. What are the things I need to have before and during delivery? Unsa'y gipadala sa inyoha sa inyo doctor?
ex.
Required:
1. newborn diaper
2. mother's clothes
3. pambayad....
Optional:
1. ?
2. ?

B. What are the things the baby needs on his first 2 months? Basics lang...gusto lang ko naa ko list...
ex.
Required:
1. Avent starter kit (by the way, "kit" jud and paliton? or pwedi ra 2 bottles lang?)
2. Stroller
3. Diaper (___pcs.)
Optional:
1. Baby carrier
2. ?
