    Default LEXMARK [Call Center/Shared Services]


    Hi everyone! I know there's an existing thread for Lexmark however it seems that it is specific for their Research & Development area so I am creating this thread for their Shared Services/Call Center division.

    Now, to keep the ball rolling I have a question, please do not hesitate to share you experiences or whatsoever.

    I went to SM Cebu for their Job Fair today, they conducted an initial interview and after that they told me to wait for their call within 2 weeks if I am shortlisted [6 years BPO experience here], is this really their process or does it mean that I didn't make it? Any thoughts/opinions are appreciated.

    Oh how I miss working there...once part of the technical support pioneering team..but those were the days. Back then, when I applied there I was scheduled for the final interview but not sure what their new recruitment process. But as what I have heard, they will call you after weeks if you are in, if not move on. Good luck...

    yesterday i applied for tech support sa sm job fair then gipa take mi exam karon ambot lang kaha mapasar ba ni hehe

    the hiring process for Lexmark really takes a while but it surely is worth the wait. I am with Sales & Marketing Operations, when they say they will call you, they will call you if you are shortlisted. I had my initial interview April 4 then final interview last April 25, it was done over the phone since the person who conducted my interview was from the States. I had my Job Offer last May 15 initially they wanted me to start May 21 but I asked them if it would be okay to start June 4 and they agreed so here I am, on my 2nd week and I am loving it. Goodluck on your application! I hope you get the job

    really? =( good for u @bhason, in my case, wala cguro to, do u have xperience? [6 years BPO xperience here] but it seems i was not shortlisted. overqualified ra? hihi. sigh. cge nalang.
