PC problem. Really appreciate suggestions

Ang problem skong PC kay mag cge nalang ug restart anytime. even nag restart pa xa, restart napud balik.
there are times na dugay xa mo restart, I tried cleaning the RAM it still restarts. libog ko kung unsa gyud ang problem ani. If RAM ang problem kay mo ba error xa na dumped memory?
There are times pud na ang temperature niya mo taas lang ug kalit.
Pls help.

Naka try pud ko ana, bro. Try checking your location if naa'y short voltage or your PSU. Kay ing-ana man to akong PSU sauna, mo restart lng ako PC ug kalit kay murag wa ka supply au. Kuan rman sad to akong PSU 250Watts. Try lng bro if PSU ba.

Currently i'm using 650Watts PSU. CD-R King lng. I hope naka give ko'g idea nmu.

PSU, CPU heating, grounded reset button... try daw remove sa reset header.

ingon ani na problema, it cud be psu,hdd, or ang proce.

thanks sa mga comments, as of now stable xa, dli na xa mo restart, maybe grounded lang cguro kay ako gi tang2x and reset. ako gi suwayan ang memory sa lain na computer ok man. dont know sa HDD. will try it soon.
Im planning to upgrade soon so will change or add some parts. will change my PSU pud.
