how to check IMEI of your iphone if blacklisted?

i was about to buy an iphone from an indian guy and i want to be sure what i am buying is legitimate and not stolen/lost/blacklisted iphone 4...


so far i just have Free iPhone Operator Check By IMEI | iPhoneOperatorCheck.com to input IMEI but it doesnt say anything about blacklisted or not...

pls post if you have any ideas... thanks

May be you should try check blacklist IMEI here.
I recommend using https://imeidata.net to check imei number. They give correct info about iPhone carrier, simlock, purchase date, manufacturer.
It might help.
