In my opinion lang ni ha - You need to look for Counselors that know what they are talking about, I suggest Bible Baptist pastors since in my experience, maayo kaayo ni sila mu advise in a Biblical, proper way. Sa una, I attended marriage seminar held by a civilian counselor and I was shocked kung unsa nigawas sa baba, puros bugal bugal and I learned nothing, But when a pastor gave a marriage counselling meeting, ni gaan jud ako kasing kasing and me and my wife remember the lessons even until now. Don't like priests pud kay layo ra kaayo sa bulls eye, wala baya na sila experience ug marriage life.

i'm religious but i wont suggest this one.. putting the situation (infidelity) in a religious context would make it worst.. remember how religions of different kinds condemned such acts..

try calling the USC psyc department.. i'm sure they have qualified counselors in there..
253 1000 - USC trunkline-- if my memory serves me right..

Naa pd ko personal friend who conducts family counseling.. just pm me, i can refer you to them..

I don't see why this will turn for the worse, it's true that religion condemns such acts because it can hurt your spouse and your kids and it can destroy the family.

But I don't think priests or pastors will condemn anyone who goes to them for help, pastors are meant to tend to God's flock and help them with whatever they are troubled with. You can go there and just seek for advice and listen to someone from a biblical point of view nothing more, nothing less. If it doesn't satisfy you and you are willing to spend, then you can always go and see a psychologist.

But as I have said, in my personal opinion, since we are talking about family matters and the concept of the Family is actually biblical, it may be worth a shot since you have nothing to lose anyway and I'm sure that almost 80% of us don't know how God truly intended the family to function in the first place, so why not charge it to experience, if it doesn't work then call for a counselor and charge it to your pocket this time around.
