Boss, d kaha na number e-generate sa skype? your sister might be using skype to call ur mom's cellphone. Skype (with a fee) can be used to call IDD like cellphones or landline phones. Or it could be any VOIP service na available didto SG.

i dunno if this applies, requires you to have an Android phone and your sis (naa bitaw cya Singa)
install Viber on your end, have her install Viber on her end. Connect Viber via wifi or broadband sim, same sa imu sis... text with photo sharing and call via Viber anytime and anywhere basta online ^^
