Defective HD inquiry

I have a 40 gig IDE drive, it contains a lot of important files, one of the pin got broken when I was doing my routine cleanup.

Where can I have it fixed or at least retrieve the data? Salamat istoryans! The best!

ah boss ruelnov. yeah. nka pa repair ko before that was like 2006 or 2007 sa power supply and motherboard. satisfied customer. haven't tried any hard drive recovery though but they managed to repair my 500GB seagate desktop hard drive
