Options for an "Orphaned" load central retailer

Guys, I have asked someone from this site to register me for load central. I've asked him/her how should I fund my account including my information details (i.e. name, number, email). Days later, I received a text from load central confirming that my account has been created. I could even log in using the web tool, but my load wallet is still zero(0). I sent a text to that person again for any details on loading my account but I still got no reply as of today. Any other options I could choose and having a new sim/number as the last resort? Thanks guys.
