Help! Linksys E1200 Wireless N Router Setup for Youtube Streaming

I cannot stream youtube videos on my samsung phone.
Maka browse siya sa internet, facebook ug youtube pero dili mo stream ug videos.
Sa mall maka browse and stream ko pero at home dili.
Please help, i don't know what to do with the router settings.

I called there hotline but they were not able to fix it, ingon lang na they will escalate my problem to there level 2 technician nya mutawag lang ko balik.

Do u have a laptop connected to your wireless router? Have you tried streaming youtube using a laptop via wifi if you can stream the YOUTUBE site? If it isn't, check the manual of your router. I think there's a restriction or blocked access on that site in your router being configured. Is it brand new purchased? Someone's accessing your router settings other than you? Please state more about the scenarios.

Yes i do have a laptop connected and i am the only one accessing the router the moment I am configuring it.
I bought it brand new the day before i posted this thread. I am able to stream youtube videos in my laptop.
I can browse the youtube site in my phone but can't stream the videos.

When I tried to reach linksys hotline, we tried to change from Wifi Protected Setup (WPS) to Manual then change channel. We also tried to disable the WMM from the QoS tab still i can't stream youtube videos in my phone. I tried streaming youtube videos at several wifi hotspots and it did so definitely there's no problem with my phone.
