PC wont turn off after shutdown.

Right now I have 2 problems with my PC. First, mo restart cya after 20-30 mins. Second, if I shutdown the computer using the shutdown button sa OS, mo turn off ang monitor pero ang CPU og fan nag dagan gihapon.

Sa unang nako nga problem, I thought it was the CPU's temperature that was causing it, so I installed real temp and monitored its temperature. The highest reading I had was 64 degrees. On my second problem, I've been researching on the internet on problems like these and most of the possible cause is a faulty PSU. Right now, Im hesitant to buy a new PSU since di pa gyud ko sure kon mao ni problema. I'm planning to bring this to a tech shop para mahibaw-an gyud ang problem.

My PSU is a Coolermaster (forgot the model name) , my processor is a a Core 2 Quad, and Im running Windows 7.

Ask lang ko ninyo if naka suway mog ingon ani nga problem and what are mostly the causes? Salamat sa inyong tubag.

panghuwam lang ug psu sa imo kaila is the most inexpensive choice, coolermaster psu's arent really that good, especially low end to mid range ones.

I found out this morning that if I go into safe mode and turn off the PC, it will shutdown completely. Regardless whether Im in normal or safe mode, mo restart gyud ako PC after an hour.
