I'd say yes... cebu votes doesn't make one a senator but it sure as hell helps... she has other ties with most of the other provinces who have already vowed their support... kapait sad og nidaog si gwen tungod sa ubang probinsya pero ang cebu nga iyang giserbisyohan og gipangga wala nakahatag og suporta niya...

she's also with binay's party which is a plus factor since most of us are fed up with all the LP crap, that no good balding president has been spreading...

You cannot compare Sonny Osmena with Gwen Garcia.

Sonny Osmena is ANTI-CEBU, while Gwen loves Cebu very much.

I will vote for Gwen so that there will be a voice for Cebu's interests in the national level.
