their feud is a "los-los" (lose-lose) situation for the cebuanos. whether, they are constituents of the province or the city.

the land swap should go on because it is the right thing to do. if tomas will see a loophole in the legality of the structure of the provincial capitol being IN the city, he might have it demolished. who knows?

all i can say is that from dealing with both government officials personally, both stemmed from great political minds, they are tough in character, brilliant economists and will fight for what they believe in or interested in. i just don't know if these traits will be beneficial to this current circumstance.

this matter should be resolved asap or else cebu, province or city will self destruct and the momentum of the current progress that we are enjoying will be stalled or put at an impasse.

before idol nako si Tomas but now no more.

this is just his strategy for their feud with gwen. but he will eventually evict those squatters on prime land. si tomas pa? this is just a front for his real motive.

funny you mention that cos i was having the impression that what he's been doing is for the good of his constituents. i dunno but i don't think he would evict them eventually. i'd like to believe that all of these things that are happening now would somehow lead to a win-win and "everybody happy" situation.. meanwhile, let us witness whose more switik between them as days past... hmmmm roads are being closed, notice of evictions are being sent to squatters.... in the end, murag people from the city ra gihapon ang mo suffer..
