i tried installing windows through cd at first boot, but the message will appear first before anything else, hence it keeps on rebooting.

i transferred the hard drive to my other PC (my other PC working 100% and of the same mother board) just to check nga dili ang motherboard ang problema pero mao gihapon ang message nga mi appear sa screen.

defective na cguro ni akong hard drive.........

    what do you think?

go to dell website and dowload the "debug" program, that is if you have a FD. It will certainly help..

    i had this problem b4,.....

next time u turn on ur computer,..... have the Windows Xp installer CD (Bootable) inside the CD / DVD tray,.....
once u have the CD in,..... turn on / restart ur computer,....
if it ask you if you want to boot from the CD,..... DONT PRESS ANYTHING,.... just let it load normally

    Windows should load on start-up,.....

once ur in,....... open the CD drive here u have the Windows in,....
    goto *:\i386\ntldr
    *:\i386\ntdetect
copy the file NTLDR and NTDETECT

    paste it in C:\
and just to make sure,...... also paste it in C:\windows\

tell me if it works or not,.....
