PC Quickbuys (SM Branch) - No Good After-Sale Service

Bought a 3-in-1 Printer from them. Accidentally damaged within a month yet. Brought back to them right away for repair but its been almost 4 months na, still the machine had not been returned to me from frequent follow ups, where I need the machine urgently.

Reported and complained to SM Administration about their stupidity, so the machine is brought back in well right away.

But actually, the machine was already repaired, kept in their main branch, and good to go 1 month right after I had brought it back to them before for repair but all they were telling me were, "sir, just wait after 3 weeks because its parts is still to be claimed from singapore due to its phased out already"; heard this three times already like a broken turn-table. See? No good.

Do hope they shall change or else, they shall be popular again in SM Administration.

Just want to share this so that my fellow Istoryans here shall be aware again.

Thanks for the info. also avoid CBX. CBX is more worst than pc quick buys. they also give me a defective dvd writer and worst they refused to replace.

same thing to me. they sold me a sony combo drive that says it can burn cds up to 52x. but then it only allows me to burn up to 40x. they did not replace it either.

i recently purchased a 7300gt PCIE from them. i asked them if i could replace the stock heatsink with zalman cooler. they told me that will void the warranty. toinks!

nakapalit ko diha dvd writer, nya naka bundle ug nero, pero pagtanaw nako sa sulod pag abot sa balay, walay cd! cge pa jud ko ask sa tindiro kung naa ba sa sulod ang cd, then ingon cya yep. pero maynalang ilang gihatod sa amo kay gisapot nako

nisugot man ang arctech when i told them na golden orb 2 ako gamiton sa ila proc instead sa free niya na HSF. ingon pa jud sila na mas maayo daw kay highend.
anyway, basin sila lang siguro ang open minded about it.

Btaw, ig abot sa inyo replace the cooler nalang, then if naay issues of performance, you can always return it to them with the stock cooler. hell, they won't notice it..

I also bought a mobo sa PCQuick Buys, but pag taud nako sa ram na piko ang usa ka pin.. ah, ako ra giignan nga the board is fine but di ko ka dual channel kay mo beep.. hehehhe
replace man dayun kay way mga alamag ang mga reps unsaun pag troubleshoot. hahahaha
