you may try:
● check mouse/touchpad drivers
● use a linux based os liveCD (ubuntu, etc) and check if it is working

Try daw i system restore imo Laptop. Or if doesn't solve the problem then you can type your laptop brand into the manufacturer (website) of your laptop para makakita ka sa driver and makatan aw sad ka didto ug mga FAQ.

Magamit nimo ang touchpad?...or same sd sila wala cursor?

Ahhh I think corrupt na ang reg ana... better do a back up ang reinstall windows.
