Skybroadband problem (Talamban area)

my friend in the talamban area is having problems with her skybroadband connection. she's had no internet for almost 3 days now. i'm wondering if any of you guys from talamban is also having the same problem, particularly in nasipit. her router's leds are all off, aside from the PC led which only keeps on blinking. what might be the problem here? is it general? thank you

I was told na walay capping sa bandwitdth, if naa aw ako ni ipahipus ila cables and wires.
