    been there.... vista was nice but i still have to stick to my xp coz i still need to up my memory to fully enjoy it while having run all sorts of programs at the same time..... so till then....

    Suggestion? Stick with XP for now. Vista as of the moment, still sucks balls.

    Why?

    - They still haven't figured out the mess brought about by UAC. Just brace yourself for a barrage of dialog boxes asking you if you're "sure". The latest Mac v.s. PC ad gets it spot on (requires Quicktime 7+).
    - Astronomical system requirements (can't we just turn off SuperFetch if we want to?)
    - Drivers for your precious sound cards, TV tuners, etc. aren't Vista compatible yet.
    - A large chunk of games aren't Vista compatible either.
    - Just horribly expensive?

    You are arriving at a sad realization. Allow or disallow?
