naa namay thread ani sir pro to answer your question i tried it my self naka gain ko 5 lbs ani>1 scoop ako nya sagulan nako 50% water and 50% fresh milk add 1 table spoon of peanut butter and banana or apple 3 times a day i drink every time a take my main meals mura ngi himo nako water sa ako meals..pro drink japon ko water and most importan u drink after work out and before you sleep
