naa koy throat problem, like nig tulon nako naay something sticking likod sa akong throat,, dili sya sakit nig tulon, nig drink and eat pud kay okay ra.. irritating lang jud sya nig tulon ug saliva. sometimes itchy and nig i force nako ug cough naay light colour na mucos...

anyone naka experience na ani? please share mo istoryans

mag gargle raman ko og init tubig with asin nga 1 table spoon.... kana ra pud sakto2 ra ka init nga dli ma paso imong dila..
try gani.. d ba laksi na ang puti nga imong g ingon... permi ko kasulay ana..

dli man ko smoker, but mo smoke ko once naa ko sa bar. mga 3 sticks ra pud. not everyday.

but i remember naka feel ko ani the next day adtong nahubug ko pag ayu with too many diff. drinks. tsk
