you can do sit ups,crunches,swim,lift weight while laying down on your back,leg raises
also Swimming best for cardio because it is really hard but perfect for all over body and helpful to reduce extra fats .

I tried Bas Rutten's MMA work out (...and I think I almost died lol) I think it combines boxing and cardio. My husband uses it for a warm up! >_<. He made me do sprawling or whatever..he loves me that much X_x
