    Default About sa panarbaho bah....Salary Payment (kinsinas og tapos)


    naa koy pangutana bahin sa sweldo bah...kanang kinsinas bah kay apil na og calculate ang weekends anah? sample sugod og trabaho April 16 nya ang sweldo anah kay April 30? mao bah? kay nagtrabaho ko ga sugod ko anang adlawa April 16 pero karon April 30 kay wala man ko sweldohi...ako naa sa hunahuna nako...kung way labot weekends adto na sa May 4 ang sweldo. mao bah?

    OT: Dora, you are the TS (Thread Starter).

    OnT: when you were hired, I would assume that the HR officer informed you how you are to be paid for your work. A daily rate employee follows the principle of NO WORK NO PAY POLICY. Thus, your salary depends on the number of days you work. On the other hand, a monthly salary employee, irregardless of the working days of the month, will have a constant salary. This excludes overtime computation.

    naay uban 20 & 5 ang sweldo... ilang cut off 15 & 30 .... basin mao na inyo... ikaw man angay mo ask ana sa inyong accounting...
    then kanang weekend apil gud na if ga work kana... ka lain pud og walay labot kong nag duty ka.....

    oh, I'm sorry about it, first time posting a thread.

    uhh, so the HR mentioned about No work No pay Policy so in my opinion aside from the fact you just said (typed in)...I do have a daily rate payment and for that 15 day payment and 30 month won't matter as long as you know whether you have a daily rate or a monthly rate payment? so if Monthly rate ka, every mid-Month and 30th of the month or the last day of the month you will be paid and If daily rate kah as you mentioned na depends on the number of days pero sweldohan ka every 15th day?

    pas pas man gd kaayo ang HR mo sulti, since he's a foreigner...galibog man gd ko nya basin nya sige lng kog trabaho nya dili sweldohna...yatap

    @muchacha00 tanx sa pag reply...weekdays raman sad ako work...so no problem, ako ge libogan kay exact day and count sa payment...

    dili man gd ni main office, lisud pd kaayo e pangutana kay puro foreigner ang kaatubang...mura ni siyag back office. Owner/HR/Accounting ni siya...

    Sweldoan raka sa imong adlaw nga ge trabahoan TS...

    Since bag-o paka nag work, it's ok. Bayaran raka sa tanan imong days na sudlan ig next payday.

    verbal ra diay ang gi-latad bahin sa imo compensation ? wala ba diay moy mga papeles nga gi kuptan nga nag-saad didto unsa ang paagi sa paghatag sa sweldo ?
