Default Patabang Sa Reciepts kay naglibug ko, for grocery.

Good day, mao ni ang situation, ga plan ko ug systematize sa grocery sa akung rents nya one of my goal is to setup a POS and then go legit from there, hassle man gud cge huna huna asa gikan ang stock shrinkage. Ang main issue na nakit-an naku kay that not all of their suppliers provide Official reciepts so unsaun na pag go around since we need to have a reciept for all purchases to have to be able to deduct the suppliers VAT from our payable. An example would be my suppliers for Ampao which we sell both by the bundle and piece, these are small time suppliers who dont have registered businesses.

Looking forward to anyone's reply, daku jud ni nga tabang if maresolve ni nako. Thanks

How about palit lang og pre-printed Delivery Receipt nya maoý gamita.
Although mura'g bali kay dapat sila ang mo-issue og DR/OR nimo, dili man sila ka-issue. Ikaw nalang!
Kay ikaw man ang gusto nga mahan-ay ang imong stocks count/levels. At least, naa kay trace.

    Human!

I would do the same if naa ko'y ingon-ani.

    Good luck sa imong venture.

Jejeje good idea, but ang point man gud kay i need the Official Reciepts para nig submit for monthly VAT, madeduct ang ilang vat from my Netincome, without that. Naa ba naay grocery dha whos got a work around on this subject.

    Hi!

Maayo unta ug magamit pa ni nga reply, hear me out it's important, ang BIR man gud mangita gyud na ug supporting documents sa imong purchases, not just ordinary receipts nga mapalit sa educational supply stores. Otherwise, kung wala gyud unya na examine mo, meaning na audit, dili mo pwede maka claim of purchases as deduction sa inyong sales, in other words, dako mo ug mabayran sa tax.

Ang ideal unta nga buhaton, is to transact only with BIR registered entities/individuals (meaning with BIR registered receipts), kung ganahan ka ug limpyo gyud well-supported imong transactions. Pero if impossible, naa na sa imo if you take the risk nga dako ka ug mabayran sa tax, kung matiming mo nga ma audit.

Clarification lang, not always nga official receipts ang atong pangayo-on, kung mo-ingon man gud ta ug official receipts, nipalit ta ana ug services, whereas, kung goods, like ampao, sales/cash invoices is valid receipts, as long as registered sa BIR.
